Subject-Self Affecting on Teachers' Perceived ICT Usability

This study reports an empirical investigation of the effects school teachers’ self-efficacy and self-concept on their perceived ICT usability. It employed a descriptive survey method within ex-post-facto research design taking 300 teachers as samples from purposively selected 50 Indian schools. The findings revealed that discretely had positive effect usability although was found to have deeper impact in comparison self-efficacy. But two variables operated simultaneously more significant stronger For every 1 standard unit increase self-concept, will be increased by 0.95 units. Based this regression output authors proposed TAM3+ extension TAM3 adding new domain users’ ‘subjective self’ encompassing significantly affecting ease technology use.
